I think it’s a slowest clock of the world, can be called it “Life Clock”. Each of scales represents one year, the hours hand go around once 84 year, just means it’s 61320 times slower than normal, may be the designers think life of 84-year-old is long enough. Watch this clock maybe you don’t have a sense of urgency like as the simple one, But as time goes by, day after day, year after year, would you think of the life clock is too fast with a deep sigh unknowingly when you come and take a look at it?
